CLE/CPE Hardship Policy
The Gloucester County Legal Education Association may, at the discretion of the Board, waive the course fees for anyone who wishes to attend a seminar sponsored by the Association, but for whom the cost would be a financial hardship. Requests for waivers of tuition along with an explanation of the hardship must be received in writing at least 10 days prior to the scheduled seminar by regular mail to GCLEA, P.O. No requests for tuition waiver will be accepted at the door. All charges and payment to a state CLE Board for approved credits will be the responsibility of the individual seeking tuition waiver.
